Your Up-Ten welder remote system is under warranty for one year from the date of purchase against all defects in materials or workmanship. This warranty is void when the damage was caused by abuse, misuse, fire, heat, neglect, improper installation or operation, modifications, or tampering with the unit.
Up-Ten Remotes will not be responsible for the cost of parts, labor, and or service charges performed by others.
If service is needed, you must contact us and obtain a return # and send it back to us with the shipping and insurance charges paid by you.
If your welder has electromagnetic interference issues with the remote, contact us; if they cannot be resolved, we will issue a full refund.
